Our Payment terms are discussed prior to sending out the contract for services, so this is not usually an issue. However on occasion, we do have this issue. I try to be as polite and professional when it comes to making a collection call, so as not to ruin our relationship with our clients, so far I have been successful with collecting our fees and maintaining a positive relationship.
In all honesty, in my opinion, it depends on what the person went to school for. I have experienced people with Master's Degree's willing to take on positions that only pay $10.00 an hour.
