What kind of interview questions do you ask applicants?

Interviews are always tricky situations for both parties. One you're trying to figure out if they're the right person for your company and to it really turned her to stand of what you're saying on paper is the person that you said sitting in front of you. I have interviewed over a thousand candidates in the past 15 years and it all that time I have some of it up to doing one thing I'm on a first date, I hope for will have a second date, then I'm really looking forward to the third date. At the end of the day I'm trying to find the one three or five people that I really want to get married to. Interview on both sides of the table is like being on a first date you trying to find out about as much about each other as you can so that you can see if there's a common interest I hope this helps.
