Michelle DeWolf is a Health Coach with a specialty in nutrition. She works with clients to keep them accountable step by step to reach their personal health and wellness goals.
How We Got Started
The Festive Table started as a culinary school teaching adults and children to have confidence in the kitchen and learn to eat more veggies and fruit. The Health Coaching Certificate allowed Michelle to have a structured approach to answer all the questions her culinary clients had been asking for years. How do I get my kids, and myself, to eat more vegetables? Should I eat meat? What carbs are bad for me?
