Mario Verdolini started the business in 1952 performing general repairs as well as transmission repairs. At the time, very few shops were knowledgeable in the area of transmission repair. This allowed the business to grow, based on the need for an experienced transmission shop. Expanding into 3 locations in Meriden. Then, consolidating into one location on the south side of Meriden, more equipped to efficiently perform repairs. This is where we remain today, performing repairs as a second generation business.
