Have it truly ORGANIZED! Of something of this proportion should be plan way in advanced, too many people depend on other people to do there job that require timing, diligence and responsibility of this magnitude. Not saying this is not a good idea its just that people now a day expect something in return for there hard work. Pasted parades that I have been to have been ill organized and too much time waiting which the little ones get bored seeing the same things. (This is why we go) Variety attractions are the key in a parade.
