Business owners and leaders can benefit from working with a business coach. A business coach should be there for YOU! Not them. They are your non-equity strategic partner that will assist you in showing you how to get greater returns with less work. Increase your profits, develop your team (now and in the future), and get the owner/leader re-engaged in their business. To work ON their business and not IN their business.

Other questions you should be asking is to find out if the business coach is certified. Many "coaches" now days came from a cubicle in corporate life then decided to be a coach. If the coach has never owned or operated a business, then how are they going to know what you are going through?

If you are serious about bringing on a business coach, then you need to ask yourself; are you coachable? A good coach will ALWAYS give you homework every week to assist you in achieving Your goal. I know that sounds bad, but if the coach is there for YOU, and YOU are serious about improving your business and personal life, then it will be very achievable. You will find out the business owners/leaders that are working with a business coach and are fully engaged in the process are showing unbelievable success.
