Sweet Thangs Bakery & Café recently opened in NE Mesa. We are a Fast Casual on the Go Style Cafe with limited seating but a great menu and lots of options to take on the go. We do catering platters, custom cake/cupcakes and desserts. We also own Gourmet Liege Waffle Food Truck company with 2 trucks called Waffle crush. We serve the best Liege waffles in Arizona and have the largest variety of waffle creations for our customer to choose from. We are the only wholly owned and operated Liege waffle truck in Arizona that is not a franchise.

Waffle Crush was started in 2013 by 2 Mesa families. They hit the food truck scene running and just "crushed" it with long lines and happy customers. In 2017 the Zeiner family purchased the company and have taken it to the next level with new savory waffle sandwiches including a breakfast sandwich. Increased the sweet waffle options to include one with fresh baked brownies and ice cream as well as a deliciously refreshing blue berry, granola, honey waffle. All our products are made fresh in our own commercial kitchen.
In February 2018 we opened "Sweet Thangs Bakery & Café featuring Waffle Crush. We offer a Breakfast and Lunch menu, Full made from scratch bakery and ice cream. Everything we do is done in house and to the highest standards.
