Hello all, actually this is a great part of family business when the kids turn adults this is where you have to start walking them out of daddy's little girl into the next CEO, growing up is fun and as a part of a family my practice is to always teach you kids professionalism that's the key! You never have to lose your family bond to do so but when you train your kids to interact with clients my motto is professionalism start in the home so in the field it only becomes second nature of what you already learned at home.
