After knowledge, talent and experience, networking is the key reason for my success. There are so many benefits. And most of it is about expanding your horizons in every direction. Being open, willing to ask questions and willing to share information with others has opened every major door that I’ve walked through. The  job that I got that put me on my career path came from a  relationship that had nothing to do with the field I’m in.  When ever I mentor young young people, I am always careful to say that who you know and the circles you put yourself into will determine far more about your success and how well you do what you do.
