Since referrals are a big source for new business - How do you ask for referrals?

To me, the easy way to ask for referrals is to provide the best service possible so that customers talk about me with their friends. I also like to ask them to leave reviews when possible if they are completely satisfied with the service that I provided. If for any reason they are not completely satisfied, I will work hard to fix whatever the issue is.
