We provide residential and commercial building inspections on a local, national, and international level. Our inspection projects include home inspections, residential and commercial insurance inspections, residential four point inspections, commercial property condition assessments, new construction inspections, construction progress inspections, etc.

2019 exceeded our expectations. We try to have pretty reasonable expectations though, so we are not trying to go to the Moon any more. We just want to do the best job possible for our customers, provide the best service, stay reasonably busy, make sure everyone is paid, & continue to grow.

We do not do a whole lot of shopping, but what little we do, we try to sop with local merchants as much as possible, even if we know the price is higher at times. In the long run, we feel this is better & supports the community allowing it to thrive.

Local hardware stores that have employees that have been there for a while & truly understand their product & can get down to the nitty gritty regarding a particular subject & a potential solution. It has become more difficult to find retail folks that truly understand the products they sale &...

It has become more difficult to find retail folks that truly understand the products they sale & also are available to think through solutions to resolve issues that arise. Not to mention how the products themselves change more frequently. I know there is another for certain, but I just cannot seem to think of it at the moment.
I feel bad about asking for a review or something similar as if we are shopping for reviews. I feel that a review from anyone should simply be forthcoming, because they feel good about what we are doing & want to say something good about us. On the other hand, I am not sure why we do not get many...

I feel bad about asking for a review or something similar as if we are shopping for reviews. I feel that a review from anyone should simply be forthcoming, because they feel good about what we are doing & want to say something good about us. On the other hand, I am not sure why we do not get many reviews because I know that we are making a sincere effort & providing an excellent product. We have a tendency to provide our reviews because we are excited or extremely satisfied with what someone or something is doing. We have received some reviews that prove that what we are doing, unsolicited, is good. On the other hand, I sometimes wonder from what I see if that is not the current take on the issue.
You just about need a website these days as I understand it to provide a professional appearance. The website is supposed to bring new customers & is designed to do that, but I am not certain that it really does. On the other hand, I don't think I would stop having it.
