Given the massive closures of PayLess & Toys “R” Us stores among others, is there a new opportunity for smaller Main Street shops or do these closings mean brick and mortar stores are fading away?

As a small business in a small town I could not compete with the big box stores in my area selling the same items at my COST. So we did sell the building and closed the store and brought our company back home.
Same service and products but without the huge overhead. We strive on prividing KNOWLEDGE on our quality goods and Service.
That is how Small Business can keep their edge.
