If I was buying a mattress that I had already tried at someone's home then yes if I liked it I would buy it online
other than that I would really need to lie on it in store as this is something I'm going to spend a third of my day on I don't want to be disappointed

Wearing a uniform or not wearing a uniform should do not denote the quality of service that you should expect
We and myself personally love to see a service person come in a uniform, present me with a proper business card and drive a truck that is lettered for their company.

It just shows that little bit more of a level of professionalism but... the proof is in the pudding.
You can put lipstick on a pig but I want to see good workmanship no matter how you look ..but agsin, Iwould prefer a nice clean uniform.
It shows their company cares what their people look like.
As a small business in a small town I could not compete with the big box stores in my area selling the same items at my COST. So we did sell the building and closed the store and brought our company back home.
