I communicate with my current clients via phone, email and/or text several times a week to keep them updated on their loan. In regards to past clients, I stay in touch several times a month. I try to be careful as I want to keep them updated on things going on, but don't want to over do it.

I try to always treat my clients with respect. If they are having credit issues, I try to bring out the positive and that it can be fixed and not make them feel bad for things that have happened in the past. We all have things that happen in our life and it is not up to us to judge. I love...
