About Us
I spent 26 years in Law Enforcement with the Richmond Police Department and was also a 20-year SWAT Team operator with RPD. When I retired I wanted to use my expertise to help keep the community and civilians safe.
I have real life experience to share with my clients.
How We Got Started
We referred some friends to a CHP class and after the class I learned the information that was being taught was very inadequate. Nothing was taught about the legal and civil consequences. The class contained very little practical information. After they attended that class and I found out how bad the class had been, that’s when I decided to start TAC-Solutions.
