There are clients that are discretionary in seeking services of select practices. Those are the engaged clients.
Have been faithful to Smile Reminder for many years before it changed to SolutionReach. Then it became about added modules and more costs ... Revenue Well has all the bells and whistles without the added upcosts ... Live reviews on website etc. Demand Force is in the same ole boy club as Smile...

So many "like" programs ... shop your options well.
Your experience with the wrong apppointments were due to the cross talk syncing not happening ... a freeze, if you will. Had that issue too.
There are other brands now since the 2015 post. I like Revenue Well. Cost was an issue with DF/SR/LH that didn't meet office expectations.
