You really only have 2 answers. Bug them about it and risk their irritation and perhaps appear desperate. They also may not be as happy with your service as you think, if they have delayed....pushing them may not get you a great review. If you have gently reminded them a couple of times and they...

If you have gently reminded them a couple of times and they still have not done it perhaps you should move on. That's your second choice.

It really depends on the organization, but many times the great pizza maker opens a pizza business and while he makes a great pizza, he is not a great business leader. You must have a good plan, not just a good product or service. You need to understand your "WHY" and have a good plan laid out...

It has to start at the top and the leadership has to be obviously passionate about it to get it weaved into the culture of the company. Top leadership has to show loyalty, hard work and care about the team in a sincere manner. He or she then must show it everyday in little and big ways and expect...

I find people ignore you for basically two reasons. They are not interested in what you have to say or they fear the potential confrontation that may arise in saying no or not agreeing with you.

How you respond may be dependent on how bad you want their attention or business.
You may or may not have the patience to try again a couple of times to get a response. After all, there can be a legitimate reason for not responding once or twice. Death in the family, computer problems etc. However it may be they are just rude or dont want to talk with you.
When to give up trying to get a response is really up to you and your level of frustration.

It's never as easy or as hard as you think. Accept there is a learning curve to everything and be persistent if you want to succeed.

I respectfully disagree with part of what I think you are saying. I find in my work there are those who definitely do what you say, but there are those who have the balance I speak of and that is how they think and make their decisions. I have a process that can help you find and evaluate those....

I respectfully disagree with part of what I think you are saying. I find in my work there are those who definitely do what you say, but there are those who have the balance I speak of and that is how they think and make their decisions. I have a process that can help you find and evaluate those. Over 50 years of research has found there are 3 basic ways we think and make decisions. Most of us tend to favor one, maybe two of those but we can (and some do) have a highly developed skill and use the balance I am referring to.
