We are a civil litigation and family law firm. I am a board certified civil trial specialist and am not afraid to try a case. We do personal injury, business disputes, real estate disputes, guardianship and essentially anything not criminal. We also do family law/divorce, both collaborative and nom-collaborative.

Since I graduated in 1988, I have done pro bono work for Legal Action of Wisconsin's volunteer lawyer's project. I also take shifts at the Milwaukee Justice Center. I donate my time to the Milwaukee Bar Foundation's golf outing which raises money for the Milwaukee Justice Center.

I don't think there is a "worst" player on a winning team. Everyone has a role, even if it is not out front. When I win a trial, everyone in the office has worked to get that win. There is no "worst" team player.

Police cannot do anything without a court order. Many cities/law schools have landlord/tenant pro Bono or low cost lawyers. You need to consult. You do not mention a lease. You must have one. If not, your situation defaults to whatever your state statutes or administratve code prescribe for relief.
