Each Next Level Certified Inspector is a licensed professional home inspector through the Texas Real Estate Commission.

With many years of combined experience in the construction and inspection industry, we are committed to providing the absolute highest quality, thoroughness, and integrity in our work.

Whether buying or selling, or maintaining property, we recommend that the client be present for at least the last 30 minutes of the inspection. Once we complete our inspection, we will give the client a detailed report, with pictures, outlining the results of our evaluation, do a walk-through with the client to further explain the results of our evaluation, and give the client the opportunity to ask us questions.

If you cannot be present for report presentation, we have several options available for presentation, including Skype / FaceTime / And Phone Presentation appointments.

We will even give maintenance tips to help prolong the longevity of your investment. We want our clients to be completely informed and comfortable asking us any questions.
