These strategies are delivered through leasing or buying space, disposing of excess real estate or selecting and building a new site as a tenant or owner. Local or across the globe we can help.
How We Got Started
After helping to start a corporate services division within a large commercial real estate firm and then running MN operations for another large commercial real estate firm, I decided I wanted to start my own firm. This firm is a niche firm, focused on addressing the needs of the tenants vs. the landlords. We feel this lack of conflict provides a better and less conflicted solution for our clients.

That we only care about the commission. Yes, we usually are paid on commission. Yes, we have to be sensitive about our time as the bills seem to continue whether we make a commission or not. However, those that are in the business for a long time seem to share a common trait....they enjoy helping people and achieving a positive result. Our industry has lots of up and downs that are sure to scare a person at times, but nothing beats the highs of a client saying, "thank you....I could have not have come to a successful real estate solution for my business without your help"!
