Knowing which group is more likely to want my company’s offerings is, perhaps, more pressing than ever. This saves time, resources and, more greatly, ensures repeat and referring customers. 2) Prioritizing of merchandise versus services. While my company offers both, the demand for certain services have been curtailed because of the current pandemic. Promoting our merchandise has ranked higher in importance throughout much of 2020 and will continue during 2021. 3) Staying optimistic. However, I believe adverse times should be seen as passing, not permanent.

My most unique referral or opportunity has come by word of mouth from a satisfied customer/client. Even within the context of sophisticated technology, social media and expensive advertising (all of which are important), the testimony from one credible source still matters.
