Groupon can be OK if you carefully craft your offers so they will be profitable sales because they do bring in new customers and if some of them become regulars, you win.

Overdelivering really is a case by case issue, The important thing is the company philosophy of wanting to be sure every customer is happy with the outcome.

I think Karen nailed it. Internet prescence is very challenging so I have hired folks to do posts and to respond to reviews and it is working much better than for a novice like me to go it alone. I have 2 different companies because one is very good at posting and the other does a much better job...

I always shop fot the best price for a comparable policy from an A rated company that is registered in MN. Insurance companies are always changing their marketing strategies so you need to look for one that is aggresively going after business on your industry.
