Watching the news is like a stand-up comedian act. One says "well, the market is suffering with the war, gas prices, etc., we expect a decrease on the economy performance...". The next guest indicates "well, the numbers are getting back to normal, the labour market is performing well, and we see positive signs...". It is actually a bunch of arrogant and faking expertise people, having their 15 minutes and hopping to get lucky... The best thing is to ignore the TV news, especially the financial portion, and take care of your business.

The best way is to treat them fairly, with honesty, providing excellent service at just and correct price, assisting them when there is a problem, ensuring they receive proper attention and solution to the matter. If one does these few things, the customer will show loyalty to the business.
