2. Transparency and cost controls
ParTex utilizes an Excel spreadsheet (see attached) from day 1 to track projected and actual costs throughout your entire project lifespan, and share it with our clients on a regular basis.
Please refer to the attached spreadsheet. All major items are included and shown. Most clients will have a larger wish list than they wish to pay for. This is a normal part of the process for everyone, including ourselves when my wife and I renovated our home two years ago. Utilizing transparency and our spreadsheet you will be fully informed of all of the projected costs before committing to one particular design. This means you, as the client, retain complete control of the extent of the design and cost of the entire project, right down to the hardware and finishes. Once a realistic budget has been set, it is now our job to design a project to your taste and build it to budget.
