Dear James, Our flyers have been different over the years, but no question they give a very clear idea what we do. I asked because my opinion is they do not work for what we do regardless if we target the type of customers we are looking for. They come in anyway when they are ready, a lot of what we do has to do with estate jewelry, and clients who have inherited jewelry and are looking for the right time to get rid of it. It's an emotional time for most. We do other forms of marketing and from those, I can see the results. Thank you for answering me.
