We also assist ranchers, farmers, attorneys and Elk ranches make better use of their land. We assist on easement, ditch and diversion issues, pond and irrigation design, and fishery enhancement projects. We do permitting for bank stabilization along with

Clients keep sending us more wayer right research jobs and permits projects along with methamphetamine sampling for meth projects.  It appears my clients have plenty of work for us its us just being allowed to go complete it do it when stay orders are lifted.  My IT staff and associates are... First I request 50% down on all new clients and projects and I invoice every two weeks. If they get more that 60 days behind I bnpullnof job.  I let them know this at 30 days.  If nothing after 60 days I file a lien but give them 7 days notice first.  This bnbis spelled out out on my nids,... If they get more that 60 days behind I bnpullnof job.  I let them know this at 30 days.  If nothing after 60 days I file a lien but give them 7 days notice first.  This bnbis spelled out out on my nids, proposals andnon actual invoices.  Mo surprises everything is up front.  At the 60 day limit interest and late fees kick in.  There are a few that still cause issues and those clients are told their projects are no bnlonger priority and if they leave so benit but most pay up.  The 60 day statement includes late fees, interest and a statement a.liennis being prepared.  But I dontnit nicely with a smile a d followed up with y phone call.
