We are a staffing agency so of course my comments and thoughts are favorable. It gives me a great sense of accomplishment when I find the right candidate for our clients. There are many benefits to using a staffing agency we cover the liability insurance, workman comp and provide the payroll service regardless of the type of position (we offer many different types of staffing tailored for our clients) that needs to be filled, we interview, screen (background check, drug & alcohol testing), reference checks, orientations, and testing depending on the needs of the client and if they file unemployment many times that falls on us as a company. So this shields our clients from having to deal with these extra costs and liabilities. It also removes the extra time it takes to do all of these processes. :-)
