What do you think of psychotherapy in general?
Answered by:
As a retired police commander of 28 years, now leadership consultant, I have been involved in many critical incidents, shootings, crashes, suicides, homicides, etc, as an investigator, actor (shooter, negotiator, etc) and supervisor/manager, so my answer may be a little more skewed than the general public. Psychotherapy is only as good as it can translate into behavior changes. What good is the therapy if there is no positive behavior change made?
