WP Wesson & Co, Inc. is a fourth-generation family-owned and operated business in Modesto, CA. Originally centered around materials and handling, our team branched off in the 1970s to start taking on new construction and remodels as well as large industrial construction projects. We have also have had the opportunity to work with some amazing companies such as Gallo Winery, Kelly-Moore Paints, Umpqua Bank, and many others. Today, Walter P. Wesson (or Buddy) uses the knowledge passed down from the generations of his family before him to lead our team as well as acting as the key project manager and real estate broker for our clients.
As a family-owned and operated company, we want to treat each of our clients as we do each member of our team, as apart of the family. We know that construction and real estate can be extremely stressful and overwhelming at times, which is why it is critical for us to build lasting relationships and trust with each of our clients who decide to work with us.
