About Us

For sellers: My goal is to get you the most money for your home in the shortest period of time. I start with a thorough CMA which provides you with a clear picture of the market conditions in your area. Together we decide on a marketing price that will attract buyers and meet your financial goals. Being upfront and honest, I provide you with a break down of closing costs and the anticipated net amount to you at closing, so you can make future plans based on realistic figures. Of course, I will share with you my marketing plan as well as all of the great advertising opportunities my company has to offer. Communication is key, so I am always here to answer your questions and address your concerns.

For buyers: Making such a large purchase can be overwhelming. To put you at ease, I go over your housing needs, areas of interest, and budget. If you need assistance finding a lender or loan program, I have connections with several lenders who can help you find the program that works best for you. Staying within your parameters, we will explore your many choices until we find just the right property for you. Taking you through the process of making an offer, applying for a loan, getting a home inspection and finding an attorney, is all part of my job. Making your home buying experience as painless as possible and seeing you happy in your new home is my goal.

I love Halloween.   One of my favorite holidays.  We do offer treats for anyone who stops by our office.   Unfortunately, dressing for the holiday would not go over big with my clients. (more) When working with a foreclosed  or bank owned property, there will always be an addendum to the the contract.  Many times they are not filled out.  The reasoning is that they want to be sure your clients understand what will be required of them prior to accepting the offer.   Have your client review it with their attorney before signing. Just so you know, if your client does not agree to all terms, they will not get the property.  If you change anything in the addendum, they will not get the property. Once you submit the addendum signed and they accept your offer, they will complete the addendum and send it to you for signatures again and request earnest money.  I usually get the addendum ahead of time (sometimes they have it in additional items on the MLS) and let them read through it and talk to their attorney.  If their attorney is an experience real estate attorney, they have seen these before and can put your clients at ease.  Basically if your clients are uncomfortable, stop looking at bank owned properties and stick to traditional sales instead.

Each customer is different.  Although they all wish to sell or buy, their motivation is different and so are their needs.   Listening to what is important to them and then tailoring my services to those needs, earns trust.  No one wants to be a number.  They want personal service. Pre-qualify them to determine their motivation.   If they do not have a strong desire to buy in a specific time frame, you may be wasting your time.
