For me both are good, if I don't have the time to call, I will send an e-mail. I still believe that a one on one call is better. I really don't mine to call. I know that most of the time they don't want to talk to me or they just don't have the time but at the end of my day, I have a service to offer and I need to do those call. As per a salesperson, I can accept a no as an answer, a no is Ok. If it's a no, I will call another person until I have success. In my side, I have some goal to get a decent salary and there are a few ways to get there. I'm only doing my job.
