This was my first vendor experience for SBS in Monroe. Sales weren't great because I believe the turn out was below average. However I'm grateful for the sales I made from my target audience (families of young children) that trickled in and out.
My suggestion would be to charge the vendors a little bit more and make it free admission for shoppers. I think you'd get a better turn out.
