AI is good for research and the technological aspects of a business. But it cannot give you the human interaction of sympathy, empathy, experience and even 'gut' instincts.  I only use AI for research and technical questions. For all the other emotions, I confer with real live people who have lived what I am living.

It can also botch the research, including hallucinating. You should be able to discern the answers, and it is good to double check. I've saved a lot of research time, and I've also encountered some whopping bloopers. It always apologizes profusely. (It also has profuse apology algorithm.)
yes the human element is a critical piece of the business no matter what and that is unfortunately what is the biggest struggle especially with the new generations. After Gen X it seems like the school Curiculam may have had that as everyone is speaking in emojis
