About Us

I am retiring from real estate as a salesperson and instead am certified to teach real estate clock hours.

Although I opened my own Real Estate Brokerage October of 2011, I have had my Washington state Real Estate license since January 2005 and I have over 30+ years of Real Estate experience since age 17.

How We Got Started

Since I was 17 years old, I naturally gravitated towards real estate related fields. I have worked in savings & loans, processing mortgage payments. I was a loan processor and even audited real estate files all over the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

In my retirement years, I had decided to be a real estate broker and help people do what I know. I started by working for several established companies and then eventually started my own firm, which gives me the freedom to offer services and charge flexible fees, according to my client's needs/wishes.

Now, in my later years I am certified to teach most real estate clock hour courses.

Since I have had so much time at home being quarentined, I have been putting together the real estate school that I have been putting off.  Now, I can write the courses that I was only thinking about doing "some day".  That some day is NOW or never! First step is to KNOW the property and what your purpose for it for is.  If it isn't appropriate, or there will be restrictions on the use of it, which would interfere with your intended usage, you don't even need to bother with getting pre-approved, move on!
