I have a unique method of running my HR Firm...we get personally involved in helping our clients (business owners with employees) on how to prevent liability. I reduce the fear of threats and lawsuits by educating/training business owners & HR staff on the various aspects of workplace law compliance, and how to correctly utilize company policies and at-will employment practices, that can be used to retain good workers while at the same time learning how to quickly assess and determine what workers are not a good fit. It requires a desire to learn and to apply good management skills/techniques combined with a desire to enhance personal & career growth. With personal dedication, training, and coaching, this process not only results in creating a positive, harmonious work environment, but creates teamwork, employee retention, and improved bottom-line results.
Prior to starting my own HR Consulting/Training Firm in 1996, I worked for a number of high-profile companies in the U.S. and worked my way up the corp. ladder. I love my job and I very much enjoy helping business owners, members of management and HR professionals on the legal aspects of their job.
