Sxteen Design Studio found by Branding Specialist & Creative Director Chameriyia Moncrief, is a Branding Agency committed to creating fresh and authentic designs. We work with companies, campaigns, nonprofits, and foundations to bring visions, ideas and movements to life.
Found in Montgomery, AL with 2 additional offices in Downtown Atlanta, GA & Miami, FL with a awesome team of 10; we're looking to take the creative train to as many entrepreneurs and individuals in need of our creative offerings.
Our Motto is "Those who dare to be different are impossible to be ignored".

How We Got Started
Designing since just the age of 12 and officials turning it into a business at 16 (How the name came about), Chaymeriyia Moncrief started her design career early on. Freelancing for 11 Years, she began to see her work expanding and her client base growing.
She officially transited out of her freelancing stages and opened Sxteen Design Studio mid-2016 in Montgomery, AL.
We are now located in Atlanta, GA and Miami, FL and we're now a team of 10!

I think asking without to much gimmick is best. Just be transparent and open about wanting to them to refer others.

I always ask those who I've established a relationship with on a personal and business level.
If I only did a quick project for you and we haven't really established anything or much... I don't really ask this. Honestly, if the work is great and the client was satisfied and everything ended great... they WILL refer you every chance they get.

Yes I do. When individuals are referred to my Branding Agency, I give project incentives of 10% and monetary incentives of 5%. EX: If the person you refer project total is $500, I give you $50 towards your next project with us OR $25 cash. About 90% pick the money toward their next project with us. Just last year, one of our long time clients referred a colleague of her's and it resulted in a 1 year $75,000 contract. She now receives free Graphic and Branding Projects for 1 year. Because this was our BIGGEST referral yet, I also surprised her with a $1,000 check. Rewards and Incentives are of course ways to show gratitude.

Lately I’ve being seeing many individuals resort to DIY sites because they lack the funds to have it built effectively or properly or they just want to go quick and cheap. A hard navigating website, lack of functionality, bad display and content placement ensures to cost you clients, engagements and very low conversion rates. Another thing that tips the scale is Mobile Compatibility! I’ve seen many overlook this. If you ever took a moment to set up and keep up with Google Analytics... you just might see that over 80% of your site vistors are visiting from Mobile Devices. During today’s report of my Agency’s website, our report stated that 87.32% of our visitors for the last 6 months were from Mobile devices and 7.32% were from tablets... were does that leave desktop views... A great site is many things but a functioning site is EVERYTHING!

The best answer to this is my opinion is to try to respond to the review as non-confrontational as possible. Possibly explain reasoning and trying to resolve whatever issue caused the bad review; this could either prompt a change of heart or removal all together. I've seen bad reviews posted and...

The best answer to this is my opinion is to try to respond to the review as non-confrontational as possible. Possibly explain reasoning and trying to resolve whatever issue caused the bad review; this could either prompt a change of heart or removal all together. I've seen bad reviews posted and Businesses/Owners have arguments with the reviewer causing even more damage to the unfortunate situation. I've dealt with false reviews, but not so much as with a Client but from people I've never done business with before. These reviews have been placed on our google rating from oversees reviewers, we have been able to resolve these by reaching out to google about the matter and actually having it removed. I have also dealt with individuals leaving reviews because I declined to work on their project as because of that they called me "Unprofessional". Bad reviews are hard to discredit when they aren't true.
I have been designing for 12 years now. I have a passion for Creativity, Art and Photography. So to be able to do it, full-time and have a level of recognition for it, makes owning my business a BLAST!

Part of our Welcoming, we give our clients a Welcome Package which includes: A T-shirt, Custom Tumblr, Custom Hat, Flash Drive and Branded Notebook; something they love. Gives them something more to be a little excited about before we get into the actual project.
Not only this, when we have clients allow us to assist them in their Branding, we also give them unexpected gifts with their new logo; T-shirts, Window Decals, Notepads and etc.
This also makes them excited to work with us again and again..Free Cool Stuff but even better, cool stuff with THEIR branding on it.
