At Your Side Home Care is a non-medical in-home care company with programs designed to stabilize and improve the quality of a person’s life.
We provide traditional home care services in four main areas of care whether that care is due to an injury, a hospital procedure, an illness, or aging.
We hire professional home care partners called Companion Care Partners, Homemaker Care Partners and Certified Nursing Assistance Partners.
Our goal is to provide patient center care.
That looks different when providing care in the home versus in a facility where you walk in, provide care and walk out.
We get the opportunity to be with that person helping them be able to be in the comforts of their own home while still gaining their independence.
So that means our schedules are flexible and the care giving is flexible.
Employee education also falls right into our vision as our professional care team undergoes extensive training and learned behavior skills that help provide the best care possible.
We at “At Your Side Home Care” are doing more than a lot of other home care organizations with our educational programs here in Montgomery.
We are consistent in providing up to date skills training programs, safety training, memory care training such as our Dementia Wise certified training program.
This specialized program is recognized by the Alzheimer’s Association and focuses the training on a behavioral approach to dementia care to create better days.
We also provide a Supervisory Team Support program called DICE because not every day of care is the same. The DICE program provides a team-based approach to finding a good solution when a new behavior challenge or care need is causing a challenge. This program allows us to stay involved, provide well thought out and agreed upon solutions while continuing to provide the best care possible.

Tammie Smith is the President of At Your Side Home Care in Montgomery Texas. Tammie leads the business in educating and delivering non-medical in-home care company with programs designed to stabilize and improve the quality of a person’s life. With more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry helping to educate and develop long term care strategies designed to help families and clients manage the expenses of home care needs and over 5 years of experience providing volunteer hours helping our senior community with compassion care and assisting with them with basic needs, her passion for our senior community has grown into the desire of developing a quality in-home care service within her favorite city of Montgomery, Texas and the surrounding areas to include: Waller, College Station, Navasota, Magnolia (77355) & Hempstead. Tammie’s passion for seniors, education & a talent for specialized planning have generated lifelong client relationships she calls family.
