How We Got Started
East Coast Social Media was started in 2010 simply networking and gaining an online footprint with an online supplement company and has snowballed to become social media. Having worked for a well known physician for many years I have networked with large corporations, trade shows, b2b and mentoring. Shopping locally is a way of life and strengthens our culture and traditions!

I believe that when an individual believes differently than another it becomes about agenda and not about the small business at all to a degree. I understand others wanting safety etc that is their right but making a fake review on a small business site admitting on another social platform that you are going to set out to harm a business when you have not even been there is against the law. I have removed the names from each comment and I for one find it repulsive. They asked to have the fake reviews removed and Google has denied removal. I am speechless these individuals are in a different state and not NC at all nor have they visited. You can not just go around making things up and slandering small businesses. I hope that they will glean some spiritual maturity at some point in their lives but this is nothing more than playground bullying at best. I have seen many small businesses struggling and the last thing someone needs in a pandemic is bullying. Especially the ones that go above and beyond.

Seriously I would make this go viral. I would include the Facebook page... websites... review page... review them on every source available online and let them also know how your were attacked and bullied as a result of just wanting what anyone wants to eat a meal you feel safe eating. This plague is very serious and this guy is a ignorant greedy @^*% bag that just wants money and doesn’t care about the possible risk to everyone involved. Shame on him. How is inside dining even allowed there yet? I am mad for you lol.

I believe Social media and the right person doing it with integrity is key. Reputation management is key. When one of my client's business phone went out during the hurricane? Guess whom was posting an alternate number for patron's to call? It is the person that is constantly referring that client in community pages when someone asks for that service or word of mouth referrals as I too believe in word of mouth but the key is to do it for a good and affordable price and give the client even more than what they ask for and treat that small business as if it is in the palm of your hand because it is. Not to mention a true heart for infrastructure where you want all to be successful. If someone does not have this true spirit in their heart it does not matter what they promise you!
