I spent over a decade teaching individuals and businesses how to apply scientific principles to harness the power of the mind to transform their reality and live their best life.
How We Got Started
In 2007 after getting my Executive MBA I began holding Create Joy workshops to help individuals improve their quality of life. Ten years later after leading transformative retreats, I decided to write a book that contained the powerful retreat content so everyone could have access to this information that empowers them to live their best life!
