Guys, I too am a Yelp dissident. Check out Google's definition of "Yelp" "a short sharp cry, especially of pain or alarm." I am tired of the extortion and the lack of control. On average less then 5% of your customer base is saying anything about your business at all and many of those are likely customers or would be customers looking for freebies. I am tired of it. So...I built tioli.co. It is new, it is a little raw, but hey its step one. With Tioli you can email a rating and review request, at the point that the transaction takes place.
