About Us

I'VE BEEN A LICENSED REALTOR IN THE BAY AREA SINCE 1994.
My experience speaks for itself, as so many try the real estate business, but do not succeed, and move on. I feel that finding a home for buyers or selling houses so people can move up or empty-nesters can downsize, is very rewarding to help get people to where they want to be, through my efforts.

How We Got Started

HOW DID I START OUT? Well, you could say I was brought up moving. I've lived in 13 houses and 5 states while growing up. Even when my father wasn't being transferred, he drove us around on Sundays looking at better neighborhoods and always with an eye on bettering our lives by moving up to better environments. He would look at homes in good locations, but that needed cosmetic work. As I got older, I spent many weekends helping him on various home improvement projects; scraping paint, laying down tiles for new flooring, or on landscaping projects. Once I decided to get my Real Estate license, the rest came naturally.

Instinctively, I knew which property flaws to warn my buyers about, I could tell a well-priced property that would go quickly vs. the over-priced stagnant homes that were struggling to be sold. I also always give good pricing advice for sellers so they will list their homes at a price that will cause the property to sell, rather than sit on the market.

I am a Northern California REALTOR working in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are in the sweet spot for jobs, on the Peninsula, between two thriving job markets, San Francisco and San Jose (Silicon Valley) so prices keep on going up, and demand keeps up too. It would need to smell clean, or at the minimum, at least neutral. No smelly perfume sprays, no pet odors, No strong cooking or garbage smells, especially old baby diapers that are in a bin somewhere, or a over-flowing kitty box. If there is a dog, a carpet tends to keep those canine saliva odors, or worse if it's a little excitable dog, like a chihuahua that tends to tinkle everywhere.... Out with the old rugs, or confine the pet to only one doggie room.
