• I believe in rental properties! I have owned and managed my own residential rental homes since 1994, currently own eleven residential rentals plus my office condo that contains five private offices that I lease out, and have been managing rentals for other owners since 2003 when I obtained my real estate license. I believe having rental property is the best way for you to build a retirement. Having it professionally managed is the best way to ensure your investment is maximized.

I started by keeping a home I lived in and made it a rental after I bought another home. We now own 11 rental homes and my office in which I rent out 5 private offices. I am also the property manager for close to 100 properties owned by other owners.
