Ortus tried Home Advisor back when they first started as Service Magic.  We would pay for "qualified leads" that turned out to be in South Dallas from people who couldn't afford a wading pool from WalMart.  Huge waste of time!  Best leads are from referrals or people who see our yard signs and trucks.
