We are much busier in the summer, and need the commissary more during warm months than in the winter. We live and work in the tourist area of Myrtle Beach, SC. We are lucky here in SC with a pretty temperate climate, so we have already begun vending, and will continue to do so through October. For us, an hourly fee works better, rather than monthly, because our needs are so variable. We currently are paying $225 per month for a commissary. We looked at other kitchens further away and they were all charging the same, $25/hour. We opted for the monthly rate kitchen only because it was closer for us. Hope this helps even though we are in SC.
