I don't think there are any "best". They each have their own issues to overcome to get the work done & get paid  (more) I don't think there are any "best". They each have their own issues to overcome to get the work done & get paid 
Is anyone being challenged by the labor shortage in construction? There is a lack of passion and interest to do physical work. Anyone else feeling this crunch?
