How We Got Started
Started in 1985, as an apprentice,canvasser in sales, graduated to closer.
Then formed empire state builders, now 37 years later ,have 6 licenses in 3 states, and soon adding florida.
We specialize in all interior and exterior remodeling, with 100% financing, and thousands of satisfied customers.

Applied on april 3rd for ppp,with my bank, took almost 3 weeks, of downloading ,uploading, getting into passwords, getting irrelevant generic messages, from 3rd party, gathering their docs,impossible to get any help. Then found out 2 days ago they ran out of money,and the sba promised the banks...

sounds like a big sham, and some one should investigate!
Have not heard much from vendors, most are either closed or on sleketon crews, with no showrooms open., can get materials ,if needed, also no returns, but municipalities dont want you working either ,unless essential or emergency. So very difficult to navigate.majority of homeowners not moving...

Handyman normally does small jobs, like changing a lock or doorknob, with minor trades skills. No office, usually works from home or his truck.
A contractor does larger jobs ,depending on his trades or skills ,roofing ,siding ,kitchens bathrooms ,decks ,additions, normally licensed and insured...
