At the beginning of 2020, our company was very proactive when we saw what was happening around the world with Covid-19. We normally conduct business face to face, but the pandemic changed all that so we need to change. We developed "Remote Guided Presentations" to conduct meetings remotely and safely. We emailed customers links to our presentations and set up a conference call. We were able to share custom quotes right to their computer monitor. We decided to use this method due to the ease of use. At that time, many people were not familiar with Zoom and some people may not have enough bandwidth at home. It has been very successful.
