Would You Prefer to Be "Cold Emailed" as a Prospect and Receive Correspondence That Is Structured and Professional, or More Personal and Casual?

I don't have a preference between professional or personal. My mailbox is inundated with clutter. If I don't know the sender and the subject line does not interest me, the email will be sent to trash and probably blocked.

Thanks for answering! Another q for you.. What if it's a service or product that may be better or more cost effective that you are unaware of? Do you deem it irrelevant if you haven't sought it out yourself?
