The 70% in limbo is even larger as it does not include all the applications that the large banks are still processing that have not even been submitted to the SBA. TraitWare just got an email that our application is still in Payroll Review. Our bank decided to centralize the processing which caused a log jam at the bank. We have a separate payroll account at our bank. if they had had let the local branches be involved, the payroll number we submitted could have been verified in few minutes by just having the local banker compare our number against our bank account for payroll instead of taking more than a week. Now we have to hope the review gets done in time that when congress approves more funds our PPP loan gets funded. We are also in limbo waiting on Congress. Fortunately, we have funds to operate in the short run COVID-19 is impacting both our ability to raise funds and moving projects forward.

It has impacted TraitWare in multiple ways decreased an Angel Group funding due the impact on the market. On the positive side. we had already moved a lot of operations to remote work and sales activity is up. TraitWare makes remote logins easier and more secure. We are seeing reports of phishing attacks being up by a factor of 9x. Since many phishing attacks seek to capture user login credentials username and passwords, TraitWare can really help with cyber security by eliminating passwords. Employees using Passwordless MFA just do not know a password to share in a phishing attack. For TraitWare email and office tools we use Google Suites, our employees just do not have a password to that can be brute forced, stolen or shared.
