we have been struggling with this issue for the past 5 years. Everytime we hired a server, they come with a bunch of personal problems and issues, and they never stay more than a couple of months. They all expect good pay, but not hard work, and being a server is not really hard.

My advice, based on my experience, STAY AWAY FROM THEM, and from YELP. They will rip you off, and you will lose money. And once they get you the first time, they will forever keep calling you and harassing you to sign up with them again. Unless you have a lot of money to burn, stay away from them.

New concepts are good, if they offer value that will attract peoples attention. So, that will depend on the concept!

In my experience, refunding the bad customer does not change anything, except you lose the money. That customer will not change the review, and might make it even more personal if you pursue them. My advice, don't refund his money, block him from your business page, if you can, and just ignore...

Trying to write Google, or Trip Adviser, Or Facebook is useless, and you will never get the response you need. Good luck

Facebook has been really good for me. Yelp is way too expensive and they will rip you off big time. I tried Twitter as well, but response was very low.
